Never ordered a custom candle before? No problem. This help page will assist you in placing your order.
All special products, such as themed candles, have directions on the page.
Easy
1. Select the type of candle you would like to order.
2. Add it to the shopping cart. If you want more than one type of candle, click continue shopping until all items are added to the shopping cart.
3. When all items are added to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout.
4. Fill out billing and shipping info on the checkout page and be sure to select the appropriate shipping method. If your order is over $100, select the free shipping option. If your order is not over $100, you will be charged for shipping, unless you enter a promotional code.
5. In the additional information box, fill it in with the product, scent, color and label in this order.
Single Candle Example: Travel Tin(apple)(blue)(Happy Anniversary Jackie)
Multiple Candles Example: Travel Tin(apple)(blue)(Happy Anniversary Jackie), Votive 6Pack(Vanilla)(white).
6. If you do not need a custom candle, fill in the product and scent.
Example: Soy Travel Tin(apple)
7. Click continue and fill out credit card information. Click order now and your order will be complete.
8. We will complete your order and ship it to your doorstep.
