FAQ
Below are a few questions from some of our clients. If you have a question and do not see it here, please contact us by phone/email or chat with us online by clicking the chat box on the home page.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We don't make it until you order it, and require at least 2 days for processing. We ship all orders priority mail and you should receive it within 3 days from the time we ship it.
Q: When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
A: The security of your credit card information is a priority to us. We don't share, or store payment information* and it must be submitted each time you place an order.
*We do have special situations where upon request, we store information for (regular)personal clients who would like to have their information on file. This is on a case by case basis.
Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: We welcome you to complete your order over the phone. Please have your information ready to assist us in helping your transaction go quickly.
Q: Can I use these candles in my car to keep it fresh?
Our pillars are designed to only burn in the center, and only slightly to the edge. Even though soy wax is easy to cleanup, this helps to provide fewer wax leaks on the things you love. If you want pillars that drip over the edge, just let us know and we can make it happen.
Q: How is my information used? A: We do not share your information with anyone for any reason. We may send you future promotions, and info but nothing more. We hate junk mail too. Privacy is something we take very seriously. We do not give out names of those who want to stay unknown, or out of the press. We do not permit the use of photos found on our website for any reasons without permission.
Q: I dropped wax on my table. How do I get it off?
A: If you were burning a jar or travel tin, you can wipe it up with soap and warm water right away. If you were burning a pillar, votive, or tea light, wait until it dries and it will release from the table or surface on it's own. After it dries, you can also gently put your nail, or a flat object, under it and pull it up and then wash the surface with soap and warm water.
If you happen to get wax onto clothing, you can try to rub it with warm soapy water, or just toss it into the washing maching and it should come out. We recommend the use of candle plates and votive holders, with pillars and votives, or any candle that does not come in a container.
