Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: We don't make it until you order it, and require 2 days for processing. We ship all orders priority mail and you should receive it within 3 days from the time we ship it.


Q: When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
A: The security of your credit card information is a priority to us. When you add items to your shopping cart, you will be taken to a secure page that is protected by Thawte, and scanned for threats daily. We don't store payment information* and it must be submitted each time you place an order.

 

*We do have special situations where upon request, we store information for personal clients who would like to have their information on file.


Q: Can I pay over the phone?

A: We welcome you to complete your order over the phone. Please have your information ready to assist us in helping your transaction go quickly.


Q: Can I use these candles in my car to keep it fresh?


Q: Why does my candle only burn in the center?
